The "Set up Interview Scheduling Outlook Integration" page will reach end of maintenance and will be deleted on November 14, 2025.

Engineering team will run the migration scripts in Preview instances - the script will seamlessly transfer the configuration from the existing page to the Work Tech page.

If the customer is currently using the "Set up Interview Scheduling Outlook Integration" page, then make sure successful connection is established in this page. 

This can be verified by clicking the "Verify" button in this page and confirming that the green success message appears.

The connection will not be established properly if there are any missing/incorrect values entered in this page.

Note: Microsoft has officially sunset the Basic Authentication, this means that it's no longer possible to use the Exchange Web Server option, Currently, the only option supported to integrate Interview Scheduling with Outlook is to connect with Microsoft 365 accounts with Modern Authentication or via Work Tech page.
