When selecting the "See all classes" option from the library results, only the first 200 classes are available, although the item has more classes configured

1. Access SuccessFactors Learning
2. Search for an item with classes scheduled on the library search
3. From the results, select an item and click on See all classes
4. Note that the list of classes only shows results for the next 200 classes

Our engineering team has confirmed that this is currently a system limitation. As the class list does not support pagination, the default number of classes that can be loaded is 200 to manage performance. If any item has more than 200 classes, only the first 200 will be displayed.

Our Product Management is evaluating the possibility to enhance the system behavior in the future, but has not provided a definitive timeline for it.

They also encourage you to create an enhancement request on our Customer Community Portal to have this enhancement prioritized.
