Symptom
When submitting an invoice to the Malaysian Tax Authority (LHDN), the process may fail due to temporary unavailability of the LHDN service. This results in the document status getting stuck in EDOC_COCKPIT or ending up in the Resolve Errors app due to a "Service Error".
Typical cases include documents remaining in one of the following statuses:
- Sent to Tax Authority
- Acknowledged by Service
- Sending to Service Requested
- Accepted by Tax Authority
- Cancellation Requested
