Symptom

Incorrect company name appearing on the Tax Return template.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Tax Management work center.
  2. Select the view Withholding Tax Returns.
  3. Search and find Tax Return ID: XYZ. (ZYX represents that Tax Return ID).
  4. Select Preview - In the Company Name field, company name is displayed incorrectly.

Cause

Incorrect data maintained in the Address field of the org structure.

Resolution

  1. Go to the Organizational Management work center.
  2. Select the view Org Structures.
  3. Select and Edit Org Unit.
  4. Go to the Address Tab.
  5. Enter the company name with details that you would like to display correctly.
