3624643 - incorrect behavior of product description tooltip in sales cloud cpq

Selected popup does not correspond to the product which triggered it when scrolling through product section.

SAP CPQ

1. Open a quote
2. Add many items as needed to allow scrolling on product section
3. Open "i" button at the side of product, popup with description will appear
4. If you scroll, the popup will follow the scrolling.

Popovers do not follow their trigger elements when scrolling, which is consistent behavior across all tables in application.

This is a limitation on the application.
