• When using pre-screening questions in Job Requisition, in old interface, the questions appear after job application fields. In the Reimagined Candidate Experience interface, where will the questions display?
• When using instruction field to display a custom header above pre-screening questions in the old interface, where will this instruction field display in Reimagined Candidate Experience interface?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

In Reimagined Candidate Experience, pre-screening questions will display under "Additional Information" section in the current design, along with any additional attachments or supplementary background elements.

In contrast, the "Job Specific Information" section will contain fields defined in the Job Application Template for that purpose. This includes the instruction fields. There is no configuration to associate the instruction field with pre-screening questions in the template. That said, in the current design, the fields will display in separate sections:

• instruction field that's being used as custom header will display under Job Application Fields step
• pre-screening questions will display under Additional Information step

When enabling Reimagined Candidate Experience, the recommendation would be to remove the instructions field (custom header) from the Job Application Template.
