Symptom

An eDocument is being submitted and the errors "An internal error occurred" and "Invalid User Credentials" in the interface log.

The complete error message is 'Proxy error SoapFaultCode:5 An internal error occurred', where the error messages in the iFlows ARUBA and Send Invoice are 'Invalid User Credentials' (0003) and 'Invalid_User'.
