3624670 - How to Restrict the Frequency of Weekly Attendance Recording in Time Sheet via Time Valuation

The following example demonstrates how to raise an error when remote working occurs more than twice a week:

1. Count Work-from-Home Entries
   
   Create a Compare Threshold with Input Groups and Count Events time valuation to count each day an employee records any work-from-home (WFH) time type as 1 occurrence. The recorded WFH time will be sent to the Time Type Group 'Daily WFH Count'.
   Note: Time valuation cannot evaluate frequency within a single day. Even if the same attendance type is recorded multiple times in one day, it will still be counted as 1 occurrence only.
   
   
2. Raise Alert When Threshold Is Exceeded
   
   Create an Aggregate Input Group and Split time valuation to raise an alert when the weekly threshold is exceeded (in this example, more than 2 WFH occurrences). 
   Input Time Type Group 'Daily WFH Count' created in Step 1, which counts 1 per day with WFH recorded. Time Type Group Above 'WFH Exceed 2 Times Per Week', which captures the values exceeding the threshold. 
    
   
3. Assign the two time valuations mentioned above to a Time Recording Profile, and then assign this profile to the target employee’s Job Information.
4. Once the configuration is complete, error message configured in time valuations will be triggered if the employee records Work From Home more than twice in a week.
   

Note: Above sample time valuation configuration is for reference. It is needed to adjust the time valuation based on different business requirements.
