3624689 - Remote configuration file caching issue with HTTP 403

Symptom

Remote configuration file (on server landscape file) is not being successfully cached.

By analyzing SAP GUI traces, similar logs may be found:

(05.05.25 10:24:52) TID: 688, SAP::FrontEnd::FileCache::CFileCache::Download_Inet_URL[032589AC]/625: HTTP status = 403.

(05.05.25 10:24:52) TID: 688, SAP::FrontEnd::FileCache::CFileCache::Download_Inet_URL[032589AC]/639: HTTP GET request failed with status 403. On HTTP error we cannot download the file.
