3624697 - There is no outbound delivery created after staging in MF60 - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

There is no outbound delivery created after staging in MF60, even though the message "Delivery &1 item &2 has been created" is displayed in Individual Log.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to MF60 and fill in values for some specific entries.
  2. Execute
  3. Fill in Quantity staged column.
  4. Click Replenishment Proposals and Replenishment Elements.
  5. Click Stage.
  6. Check the Individual Log (Menu -> Goto -> Individual Log) and find the message "Delivery &1 item &2 has been created".
  7. Enter delivery number in VL03N with the error message "Delivery &1 does not exist in the database or in the archive".

Cause

Cause 1: The option "Display message log automatically" in Global Settings is ticked.

Cause 2: Do not click the "Save" button after staging in MF60.

Resolution

For Cause 1: Untick the option "Display message log automatically" before staging.

For Cause 2: Click the "Save" button after staging.
