Person A has two employments,

• A, which is the primary employment in position PA
• A-1, which is a concurrent employment in position PA-1. 
• PM is parent position of PA, and its incumbent is M.
• A's manager is M, and A-1's manager is M as well.
• Leading hierarchy is Position Hierarchy

After b2505 release, a no change record is inserted into Job Information daily, Source: Transferring Direct Reports .

Workaround

It may be beneficial to consider canceling the Position Management Daily Hierarchy job in the Scheduled Job Manager to prevent the insertion of no-change records.

However, please keep in mind that this job is designed to scan the entire instance and automatically sync the parent position's incumbent to the Job Information manager. Canceling this job will not affect any asynchronous data that may exist in the instance.
