When a user adds a learning activity/item to the development plan, the legacy search is displayed.

1. Add a learning activity/item to the development plan >
2. Observe that the legacy search is displayed.

As per the Learning Product Management team, this behavior is expected. The legacy search feature will be utilized in this scenario.

Note: It's on our roadmap to update this to the enhanced search. The development plan will integrate the new enhanced search functionality in future updates.
