3624779 - Business Rule trigger type Post Save Rule not supported for Custom MDF entity

Currently the business rule currently doesn't support Post Save Rule purpose for custom MDF entity to use Set function, like we can use for Standard Entities.

Create a Business Rule for the Custom MDF object.

1. Go to Admin Center  Configure Object Definitions.
2. Select the object that you’ve already created, for example cust_Alert.
3. Click Take Action > Make Correction.
4. In the Rules section, select the newly created rule for Post Save Rules but there is no rule populating in this section

Currently as per the functionality we can only use the Post Save Rule to trigger the alert event so that the user gets the notification about any business event, which is  required to post save the rule in the Configure Object Definitions page. We cannot use the Set Function to set values function for Post Save Rules.
