Symptom
- In the Display Correspondence History app, when logged into SAP and attempting to view invoices, the error message "The PDF file could not be loaded" is received.

Reproducing the Issue
- Access the Display Correspondence History app.
- Attempt to view invoices.
- The error message "The PDF file could not be loaded" appears.
Cause
Resolution
- Try opening the application in a different web browser and access the application Display Correspondence History.
- Clear the browser cache and cookies by following the instructions provided at Clear Browser Cache and Cookies.
- After clearing the cache and cookies, try accessing the application again.
