Symptom

  • In the Display Correspondence History app, when logged into SAP and attempting to view invoices, the error message "The PDF file could not be loaded" is received.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access the Display Correspondence History app.
  2. Attempt to view invoices.
  3. The error message "The PDF file could not be loaded" appears.

Cause

Resolution

  1. Try opening the application in a different web browser and access the application Display Correspondence History.
  2. Clear the browser cache and cookies by following the instructions provided at Clear Browser Cache and Cookies.
  3. After clearing the cache and cookies, try accessing the application again.
