3624995 - VAT number not printed on invoice in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

VAT number is visible in preview of Billing document in "Manage Billing Documents" app but missing in the final PDF output for certain billing documents in "Display Billing Documents" app.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Navigate to Display Billing Documents (VF03) app.
2. Enter a valid billing document number.
3. Navigate to Header Details then the Output tab.
4. Select the output item and choose Display Document for the Print channel.
5. Observe that the VAT number is missing in the generated PDF output.
6. Open the Manage Billing Documents app.
7. Filter using the same billing document number.
8. Open the billing document details and click Preview.
9. Observe that the VAT number is correctly displayed in the preview output.

The issue might be due to the VAT number being maintained after the billing document was created, causing it to be missing in the original output but visible in the preview.

The issue might be intermittent. To verify the VAT number is correctly displayed in the invoice output form, perform one or both of the following steps:

1. Create a new billing document and proceed with the standard output process.
2. Navigate to the Output section and select Preview.
3. Check the VAT number appears in the invoice output form.

1. Open the Display Billing Documents app.
2. From the top menu, select Go to, then choose Header, and open the Output section.
3. Select the output line where the output channel is set to Print.
4. Click on Determine Items, and open the document with the status "In Preparation".
5. Check the VAT number is visible during runtime.
6. Then, click on Send Output to complete the process.
