3625002 - Goods and Service Receipt on a Purchase Order With Finished Status

• The business user wants to perform goods and service receipt on a purchase order that is with Finished status.

• Purchase Order

1. Go to Purchase Requests and Orders work center.
2. Navigate to the Purchase Orders view.
3. Search and select the relevant purchase order .
4. You can see the Status of the Purchase order is Finished.

• If the Delivery was Finished manually for the relevant line Item it can be resumed.

1. Go to Purchase Requests and Orders work center.
2. Navigate to the Purchase Orders view.
3. Search and select the relevant purchase order .
4. Choose the Edit button and navigate to the Items tab.
5. Select line item  with the relevant product .
6. Choose the Resume button and select the Delivery option.
7. Save the order.

Once the above steps are performed, the purchase order will be visible in "Purchase Orders to Be Delivered" view under the Goods and Services Receipts work center.
