3625013 - The Fiori Home page cannot be Adapt UI'd in FES 2023 FPS01 and later

Symptom

  • Issues with the Fiori home page adapt UI not responding.
  • Attempting to show  "To-Dos" & "News & Pages" & "APP" & "Insight Tiles & Card" to all users by default
  • After clicking display & save "My Home" setting, there is no change.
  • Unable to save/publish the layout created. There is no response for the UI Adaptation.
