3625037 - Build failed with error "exceeded maximum budget"

Symptom

Build is failing on CCv2 with one of followings error in builder logs:

[ERROR] node_modules/@angular/cdk/overlay-prebuilt.css exceeded maximum budget. Budget 10.00 kB was not met by 328.69 kB with a total of 338.69 kB.
error Command failed with exit code 1.

[WARNING] bundle initial exceeded maximum budget. Budget 500.00 kB was not met by 3.82 MB with a total of 4.31 MB.

Error: bundle initial exceeded maximum budget. Budget 5.50 MB was not met by 250.82 kB with a total of 5.74 MB.
