3625038 - Security plugin error when Clicking 'Update' in SAP -> SNC Settings in CMC

• When clicking 'update', after configuring SNC settings in Central Management Console (CMC) -> Authentication -> SAP -> SNC Settings, the following error message is returned:
  Security plugin error: An error has occurred in the plugin, but the plugin is unable to return a detailed error message.
• In the Central Management Server (CMS) logs, the below errors may be seen:
  assert failure: (SecPlugInSAPR3Server.cpp:478). (false : SNC_LIBPATH from registry was a blank string).
