3625062 - Service Entry Sheet Hyperlink not working in Change/Display Purchase Order - Advanced app

Symptom

Service Entry Sheets could not be accessed from the Purchase Order History tab in the Advanced Purchase Order apps. ("Change Purchase Order - Advanced" app or "Display Change Purchase Order - Advanced" app).
