3625073 - Links from Process Governance are re-routed to urldefense.com

We're getting emails from Process Governance with modified links. These links are first redirected to urldefense.com, which is causing the emails to end up in the spam folder. Can SAP Signavio do something to change this?

SAP can't fix this issue because the change occurs between SAP's mail server and your company's mail server. Please contact your internal IT department and ask them to check the security tools that might be altering email links. Make sure links from SAP Signavio are marked as 'safe' in the security tool.
