3625082 - Unable to create filters for specific technicians in FSM Planning and Dispatching

Symptom

Upon attempting to generate a filter for a particular technician via the Planning and Dispatching > Activities menu, the technician's name is absent from the selection list, so it impossible to choose. Nevertheless, the Activities list displays entries where the specified technician has been the processor.
