Environment

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Compliance settings
- Choose Australia
- Select Superannuation Standard choice form
- Add new configuration
- Notice the field name as responsible user
Resolution
- Assign a corporate representative for the employer's signature for all required country compliance forms.
- Define the responsible signatory for the required form bundles in the Compliance Setting Add Configuration page of the relevant form group.
- Add the (ONB) Compliance Document Flow Template to the active email template list. Refer to the Preconfigured Email Templates in Onboarding topic in the Related Information section.
- Configure the Assign Corporate Representative User ID as Employer Signatory in Country Compliance Form rule scenario to select a corporate representative signatory for the country compliance forms. Refer to the Creating a Business Rule to Assign Corporate Representative Signature topic in the Related Information section.
- Configure the Select Employer Signature for Country Compliance Configuration rule scenario to select an employer signatory for the country compliance forms. Refer to the Creating a Business Rule for Employer Signature topic in the Related Information section.
