SAP SUCCESSFACTORS ONBOARDING

1. Go to Compliance settings
2. Choose Australia
3. Select Superannuation Standard choice form
4. Add new configuration
5. Notice the field name as responsible user

1. Assign a corporate representative for the employer's signature for all required country compliance forms.
2. Define the responsible signatory for the required form bundles in the Compliance Setting Add Configuration page of the relevant form group.
3. Add the (ONB) Compliance Document Flow Template to the active email template list. Refer to the Preconfigured Email Templates in Onboarding topic in the Related Information section.
4. Configure the Assign Corporate Representative User ID as Employer Signatory in Country Compliance Form rule scenario to select a corporate representative signatory for the country compliance forms. Refer to the Creating a Business Rule to Assign Corporate Representative Signature topic in the Related Information section.
5. Configure the Select Employer Signature for Country Compliance Configuration rule scenario to select an employer signatory for the country compliance forms. Refer to the Creating a Business Rule for Employer Signature topic in the Related Information section.
