3625193 - Extra blank space at the end of people profile - Employee Central

• A blank space appears at the end of the People Profile when using Legacy People Profile.
• The issue is observed especially when the last section of the profile contains few or no data.
• The space bar reduces when you zoom in, or increases when you zoom out.

1. Navigate to any Employee Profile in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the profile.
3. Observe the blank space at the end of the profile.

There are two possible causes:

1. The last section/portlets of the Employee Profile has fewer or no data.
2. You are zooming out.

For each cause above:

1. Insert data into the last section of the People Profile.
2. Zoom in accordingly to the size of your monitor.

Nevertheless:

• If you want to keep Legacy People Profile, you may consider removing permissions for the unused sections under "Employee Views."
•  Full People Profile/Latest People Profile has been planned to be universal in 1H 2026 Release.
