3625209 - Save button remains unavailable after pasting text in HTML editor for item descriptions

When using the item description HTML editor, the tool does not recognize pasted text as text. A manual action from the administrator, such as pressing the space button once, is required before the save button becomes clickable.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log into HCM > navigate to Learning Administration > Learning Activities > Items >
2. Search for and open any item record and attempt to edit the description >
3. Copy any text and paste it into one of the locales >
4. Observe that the "Save" button remains grayed out, preventing any changes from being saved >
5. Make any modification to the pasted text, such as adding an extra space. The save button becomes clickable.

This is a Known Error.

This fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2025 release (b2511). For release timelines, please review SAP SuccessFactors Product Release & Road Map Information.
