3625226 - Accessibility issue- Focus must fall on the dialog box after selecting the 'Add custom slots' button in interview scheduling-Recruiting Management

In interview scheduling page focus must fall on the dialogue box after selecting "Add custom slot".

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1.Login to the instance.
2.From home page dropdown Click on the recruiting tab 
3.Click on Interview Scheduling on top menu bar
4.This will bring a pop up where it states select a candidate. Click on "1 Interview scheduled"
5.Select candidate 
6.Click on Start Scheduling button
7.You will be presented with interview scheduling screen. Please check the box "Role in Requisition" under "Manage Interviewers". 
8.In the drop down select Recruiter and click on Add interviewer. System will automatically pick the recruiter's name.
9.The recruiter's name and 30-minute slot will show up.
10.Click on "Add Custom Slot". This will bring "Add Custom slot" pop up. 
11.When using screen reader, the focus doesn't fall on the dialogue box.

This is an expected behaviour.

After selecting the 'Add Custom Slots' button, the focus correctly lands on the first interactive element within the dialog, as expected. This behaviour is consistent on mobile devices as well.
