3625292 - Workflow request not appearing in the "for you" section on the home page

• Workflow approvers are unable to see tasks in the "For You" section on the home page.
• Tasks only appear under "Pending Workflows" when manually navigated.

1. Proxy in as the affected approver.
2. Observe that supervisor changes do not appear under the "For You" section on the home page.
3. Navigate to "Pending Workflows" to locate the tasks awaiting approval.

• The issue is caused by a CardValidationException due to a special character in the card payload during insertion into the database.
• Additionally, there is an integration configuration issue where no integration is found for the event type `sap.hr.odm.task.decorated` and the consumer group `sap.hr.odm.task-int-igs-svc-cg-FIRST`.

1. Engineering is working on a permanent fix via a patch ticket.
2. The tentative date for the patch release in the preview environment is August 12, 2025.
3. As a workaround:

• Use the "To-Do Panel" to review and approve workflow tasks.
