3625296 - Delivery and transportation scheduling in the outbound delivery created from STO are incorrect

Symptom

The scheduled date and time for delivery and transportation are incorrect in the outbound delivery.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to App 'Create Purchase Order - Advanced' to create an STO.
  2. Add route in the shipping data and save the PO.
  3. Go to the App 'My Purchase Orders - Due for Delivery' and create an outbound delivery for the PO.
  4. Check the outbound delivery created. The dates for planning, staging, transport planning, loading date, planned GI, are not as expected.

Cause

Configuration is missing for 'Delivery and Transportation Scheduling'. 

Resolution

  1. Go to the SSCUI configuration 102129 'Define Scheduling By Sales Document Type'.
  2. Sales the relevant Sales Document Type.
  3. Set the 'Delivery Scheduling' to 'Shipping scheduling on'.
  4. Activate 'Transportation Scheduling' (checkbox).
