Error message = Request processing failed; nested exception is com.successfactors.learning.business.item.service.api.ItemOnlineContentServiceException: com.plateausystems.elms.util.helper.ElmsDeleteException: com.plateausystems.elms.util.helper.ElmsDeleteException: could not update content package usage metadata info [...]

Note: This issue affects specific content objects, not all.

2. Attempt to remove the content object >
3. Apply the changes >
4. Observe the error message displayed.
