3625307 - [HADR] HQ Error Row count mismatch after WARNING Rolling Back Single Large Group - SAP SRS

1. Following two types of error messages can be seen in SRS log:

I. xxxx/06/18 17:30:21. The server needs to be rebooted to allocate SQM readers for large transactions. Currently, DSI/E threads on connection '<SID>_SEC.<SID>' will not handle early dispatched transactions from disk (transactions removed from the SQT cache).

2. From the errorlog, this message will not cause DSI thread shutdown, only cause HQ execution retries, but it may lead to data inconsistency.
