3625543 - Recalculation fields that can be added in the Time Account Type

• Which all fields can be added under 'Recalculation Fields' section in the Time Account Type?
• Is it possible to add any fields other than job information fields?

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Time Management

1. Navigate to Manage Data.
2. Open any Time Account Type.
3. Scroll down to the 'Recalculation Fields' section.
4. Check the fields available in the 'Recalculation Field' drop down.

The list shows all the job information fields except those specific to Time Off, which don’t appear in the list because they’re always included in any recalculation. These are:

• Work Schedule
• Time Profile

Technical fields, listed here, also don’t appear.

• Created by
• Created on
• Event
• Event Reason
• Last modified by
• Last modified on
• Seq no.
• Start Date
• User ID

If the time account type is country/region-specific, the list shows only the standard fields plus those specific to the same country/region.
