3625564 - Field P.O. Box City and P.O. Box Country/Region Are Cleared After Data is Entered

When maintaining the fields P.O. Box City and P.O. Box Country/Region on an Account, the data is cleared after being entered.

SAP Sales Cloud Version 2

1. Open any Account
2. Fill the fields P.O. Box City and P.O. Box Country/Region with the same data in the Postal Address field
3. After entering, the data is deleted.

The field P.O. Box Country/Region (postOfficeBoxDeviatingCountry) should only be maintained if it deviates from the Postal Address Country/Region. The same holds true for other PO box attributes, like PO Box City. Otherwise, the system will delete the entries.

This is the expected behaviour of the system.
