3625589 - QIRF_SEND_REQUIREMENTS_GET_DAT2 does not return all characteristics

When executing function module QIRF_SEND_REQUIREMENTS_GET_DAT2, not all characteristics are returned (table T_QAIMVTAB is empty or it does not contain all inspection characteristics from the inspection lot). For example, only inspection characteristics in status 2 (Processed) are returned and characteristics in status 3 (Valuated) and in status 5 (Processing is completed) are not returned.
