Symptom
Users are unable to select dates in the custom filter periods of RMK Advanced Analytics when English Locale is not being used.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing
Reproducing the Issue
- Customer is logged in to bizX is using a different locale other than English.
- Navigate to "Recruiting"
- Select "Advanced Analytics" and proceed to the "Custom" time period filter.
- Attempt to select dates using the calendar picker. The calendar buttons are unresponsive, and no dates can be selected.
Resolution
The solution of this issue is currently under investigation.
As workaround: Change user locale to English before accessing RMK Advanced Analytics.
