3625760 - Cannot Descope the Discount Lists Due to Error "Value 7PL4 is missing in condition types. Restore value before finishing scoping"

Not able to de-scope the following scope questions for discount lists.

• Do you maintain general discounts on customer group level.
• Do you maintain general discounts on product level.
• Do you maintain customer discount on product category level.

While finishing the scope change, system reported error "Value 7PL4 is missing in condition types. Restore value before finishing scoping".

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to the Implementation Projects view.
3. Select first Implementation, click Edit Project Scope.
4. Go to the step 4- questions, General Business Data -> Product and Service Pricing -> Sales prices and discount Lists.
5. Remove the selection for the mentioned discount lists.
6. Click Next and Finish, the error occurs. "Value 7PL4 is missing in condition types. Restore value before finishing scoping".

In Configure Price Strategy activity, the Exclusion Rules are maintained and active in the system for relevant discount lists. Due to this, the discount list types cannot be descoped. 

This is the current designed system behavior.
