3625781 - Error when editing time slots in Webex VLS classes with multiple instructors in SAP SuccessFactors Learning

• An error occurs when editing a time slot in Webex Virtual Learning System (VLS) classes if both a primary and secondary instructor are added to the time slot.
• Error Message: The meeting could not be updated on the VLS server. Please try again later or note the error code and contact your VLS administrator. VLS Error Code: WebExRest : failed with status 409 CONFLICT, Exception null -null: with message User is already a meeting invitee Repeated create invitee: [****.******@*****.com].

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Create a VLS class.
2. Add Primary and Secondary Instructors.
3. Click on Edit date and time slot-> change the date and time-> Click Save-> Below error is coming up:

The meeting could not be updated on the VLS server. Please try again later or note the error code and contact your VLS administrator.

According to Webex Support, the error occurs because "A user must have an account and a meeting license in the Webex Organization where the meeting site is located in order to have privileges.

• Verify that all instructors (both primary and secondary) have valid accounts and meeting licenses in the Webex Organization where the meeting site is located. 
• Check with the Webex administrator to ensure that the required privileges are assigned to the affected users.
• If the issue persists, create a support ticket with Webex to investigate why the error occurs even when licenses and privileges are in place.
