3625814 - Task Processor cannot be selected in QM Fiori app 'Process Quality Tasks' (F3250) or 'Record Defects' (F2929): 'No matching items found'

Symptom

While creating a task from 'Record Defects' (F2929) app or processing a task via 'Process Quality Tasks' (F3250) app, the task processor cannot be selected.

Following message is returned in the empty partner selection popup:

'No matching items found'
