3625830 - Error "Can't open lib 'SAP HANA Cloud, data lake Relational Engine': file not found" occurs when running a job in SAP Data Services

Symptom

  • Job connecting to HANA Data Lake fails with the error
  • CON-120307: |Session xxx ODBC call to connect database <> failed with error: <[unixODBC][Driver Manager]Can't open lib 'SAP HANA Cloud, data lake Relational Engine': file not found>. Use the ODBCDriverSelector (Windows) or DSConnectionManager.sh (UNIX) utility in LINK_DIR/bin to configure the correct version of the driver. If the problem still exists after selecting the correct version of the driver, notify Customer Support.
