3625848 - BIB employee replication error: "Pernr XXXXXXXX, no entry in table t529a for action 01"

You are on PA_SE-IN SAPK-10031INPASEIN  or above, you execute the replication of Employee Master Data & Organizational Assignment from Employee Central to SAP ERP HCM using Business Integration Builder (BIB), for the employees who has been terminated on SF EC before FTSD, then rehired after FTSD but the employee never exist in ERP,  you may notice below errors in SLG1 when replicating the employees:

• Pernr XXXXXXXX, no entry in table T529a for action 01
• Pernr XXXXXXXX: Infotype 0000 with error

• Replicating Employee Master Data and Organizational Assignments from Employee Central to SAP ERP HCM
• Replicating Employee Master Data and Organizational Assignments from Employee Central to SAP S/4HANA On Premise
