Symptom

There are duplicate Pay Component records on rehire with old employment Review Rehire Data screen.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Initiate onboarding.
  2. Go to Rehire Verification page, select rehire with old employment.
  3. Navigate to the Review Rehire Data page.
  4. Observe that multiple duplicate blank records are automatically added to the Pay Component portlet.

Cause

This is current system limitation.

Rehire on old employment supports only one recommended approach of using one pay component value field for each pay component.

Resolution

  1. In Recruit to Hire Mapping, map only single field paycompvalue - one field for each pay component.
  2. Provide paycompvalue only for pay components that are applicable for candidate. Others which don’t contain paycompvalue will be skipped.
