3625913 - Add JWT Identity button is greyed out in authentication configuration of user management

• After enabling/configuring JWT authentication in SAP BTP HANA, the option to set JWT authentication for newly created users is not available.
• The issue persists even after assigning the required privileges and access to the user.
• JWT authentication configuration is possible only by enabling a previously disabled user.
