Unable to change the alternative chart of accounts assignment for some company codes in configuration activity "Assign Company Code to Chart of Accounts" (103659)

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 

1. Enter CBC configuration "Assign Company Code to Chart of Accounts" (103659)
2. The field alternative chart of accounts is blocked for changes to some company codes

Alternative (local) charts of accounts are already predefined for several countries/regions. For these alternative COAs, an assignment to a company code is also delivered. It's impossible to change these assignments.

Only for a company code that is located in a country/region where SAP has not delivered an alternative COA, the assignment can be changed.

For example, a pre-defined alternative charts of account(YACN) is available for China. Therefore, it's impossible to change the assignment.
