1. Open the SAC Story in SAP Analytics Cloud
2. Observe the error message: "502 Bad Gateway: Registered endpoint failed to handle the request." or

1. Open the value help for the variable selection in Analytic Model

• The issue is caused by a remote access that retrieves a large dataset from a remote ABAP table

• Apply a global filter to reduce the volume of data being processed (see SAP Datasphere: Using Filters)
• Persist the underlying table which access the data remotely to improve performance
