Symptom
- The aging grid is not displayed in the Credit Profile view of the "Manage Credit Accounts" app.
- The aging grid is only visible at the Credit Segment level.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to the "Manage Credit Accounts" app.
- Open the Credit Profile page of a credit management customer.
- Observe that the aging grid is not displayed in the Credit Profile view.
- Check the Credit Segment level to confirm that the aging grid is visible there.
Cause
- The aging grid is displayed only for the main credit segment. If no main segment is configured or if the configuration is incomplete, the aging grid does not appear in the Credit Profile view.
Resolution
- Access the configuration activity "Create Credit Segments".
- Select the checkbox labeled "Add. Contribution to Main Credit Segment".
- Ensure that the values for Overdue Grid in Days and Due Date Grid in Days are maintained.
- Use the job template "Recreate Payment Behavior Summary" to recreate the existing payment behavior summary. Refer to:
