Symptom

Users unable to customize date filters in the advanced search fields (For example: adding "Next 120 days" or removing existing filters)

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to the SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) system.
  2. Navigate to the Sales work center (as an example).
  3. Open the Sales Quote.
  4. Click on the Advanced Filter and review the date fields.

Cause

The advanced filter date fields in the C4C UI Framework are not designed to support customization.

Resolution

The date fields of advanced filter in the C4C UI cannot be customized. This is the expected system behavior.
