3626154 - Additional Job relationship Type for matrix manager is showing, eventhough relationship type data is not flowing from RCM during rehire review

Matrix Manager information is shown even when we don't pass information from RCM

SAP SF Onboarding

1. Initiate onboarding of candidate from RCM
2. you will see matrix manager value populated in Data review of onboardee

During rehire data review, the RCM data is directly merged with the terminated user records and displayed on the RHDR page.

1. Engineering team have confirmed that during merge there is no data validation triggered and hence if the matrix manager value is incorrect from RCM it would still display on the UI but during save it should trigger the validation error.
2. The same behavior should be observed for RCM-EC Rehire scenario.
