Will Display Name Be Synced to EP for a future hire?

It is expected that the display name would be synced to EP for a future-dated hire for below scenarioes.

1. When you add a new user from Add New Employee(real-time sync)
2. When you import a new employee/or add via API (will sync after hris sync runs triggered by Import or API upsert)
3. When you import personal information template including display name for existing future-dated hire(will sync after hris sync runs triggered by Import or API upsert)
4. When you update personal information. display name from UI(real-time sync)
5. When you add a concurrent employment from Take Action>Add Concurrent Employment, display name will not be synced in real time. Instead, a hris sync job is required to trigger the sync
