3626210 - Excel Export for Leads fails

Symptom

Exporting Leads from Leads List view fails

Environment

SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2

Reproducing the Issue

Go to Navigation Menu
Go to Leads. The List View opens.
Click on Download
Select File Type and click Export
The Task Status shows Failed

Cause

When the Lead List view contains duplicated labels, then the export fails.

Resolution

Open Adaptation Mode
Click Show Hidden Items
Check and remove any duplicated fields
