"Error During Copy of Partner: Partner Role SH" encountered during Post Goods issue in MIGO app.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the MIGO app.
2. Perform Goods Issue for an order.
3. Check or post the transaction.
4. Observe the error message: "Error during copy of partner: Partner role SH".

The customer master data assigned to the plant is not created in the sales area of the plant.

To resolve the error, ensure the Business Partner is correctly maintained for the customer role in the sales area associated with the plant & assign the Sold-to Party (SP) partner function.This can be done using the Maintain Business Partner (BP) or relevant Fiori apps.

• Verify that the Customer role is maintained and the Sales Organization ,Distribution Channel, Division ,Shipping Conditions fields are correctly filled in the business partner.
• In the customer master, ensure that the appropriate Sold-to Party (SP) partner function is maintained.
