3626249 - Using GIT in Version Management shows different values

Symptom

  • After configuring Version Management Systems(VMS) using GIT in Central Management Console (CMC) >Applications >version management > VMS Settings Test VMS is successful
  •  In CMC > Version Management on clicking on button "Add to VM" will increase the number of CMS version number by one and VMS version remains unchanged for selected object
  • No error is displayed after adding to VM 
  • All buttons after adding to VM are greyed out
